At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

- Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days after the order is placed and confirmed.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you to verify your order and delivery details before dispatch.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
- Please ensure that your contact number and shipping address are correct when placing your order to help avoid unnecessary delays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days after dispatch for most serviceable locations across Pakistan.
Delivery may take longer for remote areas or during periods of high courier volume, public holidays, adverse weather, sales events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.
4. Shipping Charges

Toy Eden offers free standard shipping on orders, subject to service availability in your area.
No standard delivery fee will be charged for eligible orders. If any exceptional delivery-related charge applies, it will be communicated before your order is confirmed.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For your convenience, Cash on Delivery is available in serviceable areas across Pakistan.
With COD, you can pay for your order when your parcel arrives at your doorstep.
Please keep the order amount ready when the courier arrives and ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel.
In certain areas, payment options may vary depending on courier availability.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will share tracking details through the available communication channel, such as SMS, WhatsApp, or email, where applicable.
You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your shipment through the relevant courier's tracking service.
If you have not received your tracking details or need assistance locating your parcel, please contact our customer support team.
7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
Although we work with courier partners to deliver your orders as promptly as possible, occasional delays may occur.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can check its status and assist you.
If a parcel is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, Toy Eden will coordinate with the relevant courier partner to investigate and determine the appropriate next steps.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address, city, and contact number before submitting your order.
If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the change if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, address changes may not be possible or may require additional time, depending on the courier's procedures.

Please check the outer packaging when receiving your order.
If you notice visible damage to the parcel, we recommend documenting it with photos or a video and contacting us promptly.
